What this finder does

Work email from name + company domain

You already know who you want to reach and which company they work for. EnrichEazy runs a multi-source contact lookup on that pair and returns a work email when one matches. Add phone on the same run if your workflow needs both fields.

How it works

Enter name and domain, run contact enrichment, copy what is found

Step 01

Add name and company domain

Paste a first and last name and the company domain in a single-lead run, or upload a CSV with fullName and companyDomain on each row.

Step 02

Choose contact enrichment

Run name + company → work email, or add phone on the same lookup. Preview bulk files before credits commit.

Step 03

Run the lookup

A multi-source waterfall fills work email when a match is found. Contact credits refund when a field is not found.

Step 04

Copy or export

Use the work email in outreach, or push the lead to your CRM. For a list, download the completed batch when every row has finished.

Demo

Jane Doe · acme.com → work email

The domain email finder mode is built for spreadsheets and CRM exports where you have names and company domains but not LinkedIn profile URLs.

  • Single-lead run Paste a first and last name and the company domain in the app when researching one person.
  • Bulk CSV Use fullName and companyDomain columns — preview before you spend credits.
  • Optional phone Request phone on the same lookup when outreach needs both channels.

Domain email finder FAQ

Before you run a name + domain lookup

What is the domain email finder?

It finds a work email when you have a person's full name and their employer's domain (for example Jane Doe at acme.com). You can add phone on the same run. Credits refund when a field is not found.

What input do I need?

A first and last name plus the company domain (Jane Doe and acme.com). A first name alone is not enough. For bulk, put fullName and companyDomain in your CSV (up to 1,000 rows). For one person, use a single-lead run in the app.

How is this different from the LinkedIn email finder?

LinkedIn email finder starts from a profile URL. Domain email finder starts from name + company domain when you do not have a LinkedIn link. Both use contact credits and refund when work email or phone is not found.

Do I pay if the work email is not found?

Contact lookups reserve credits for work email and phone. Those credits are refunded when the field is not found. LinkedIn career from a profile URL remains free.

Can I run this on a list?

Yes. Upload a CSV with fullName and companyDomain columns, preview the file, then run name + domain contact enrichment on the batch.

Is this a prospecting database?

No. You bring names and domains from research, a CRM, or a spreadsheet. EnrichEazy fills missing contact fields. It does not search for new companies or replace your sequencer.
